As the members of Limp Bizkit continue to work on their forthcoming album, the group already has plans for its next video, but it's not for any of the tracks on the band's "Significant Other."

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst will soon return to the director's chair to shoot a video for the band's contribution to the soundtrack of the upcoming "Mission: Impossible 2." The "M:I2" album will also find Metallica kicking in a new cut called "I Disappear," a new Rob Zombie song called "Scum Of The Earth," and the Foo Fighters and Brian May teaming to cover Pink Floyd's "Have A Cigar."

In bringing Limp's version of the series' legendary theme song to television, Durst hopes to rope in "M:I2" star Tom Cruise for the clip. "We're going to be out in the middle of the desert, my band, just standing there with our gear on the dirt," Durst told MTV News recently of his plans for the video. "[The] wind's blowing and tumbleweeds.... We're just going to be looking at each other like, 'What's the deal?' It's going to cut to Tom Cruise in the car with his co-star, the girl [Thandie Newton], and she's gonna go 'So where we goin'?' And he's gonna punch on the navigation system and it's gonna go 'Mr. Cruise will be there exactly in...' and the car's gonna pull right in front [of us]. He's going to get out of the car and sit in a chair, right in front of us, and I'm gonna be like, 'So is the song gonna be in the movie?' And he's gonna go, 'I don't know. Let's check it out.' And we're gonna start performing the song, and he's really unaffected. Pretty much throughout the song he's gonna get more and more into it. By the end of the song, I'm gonna have him dancing like 'Risky Business.'" [RealVideo]

While the plan looks good on paper, a spokesperson for Cruise says that the actor is not yet confirmed to appear in the video due to scheduling conflicts.

The "M:I2" soundtrack is slated to drop in early May, with the film to follow shortly thereafter.
